The Clifton Hill Rail Project will duplicate the railway line between Clifton Hill and Westgarth railway stations and construct a new rail bridge across the Merri Creek. The works will remove the current rail bottleneck and increase the capacity of the network through the area.
The John Holland Group will construct the project on behalf of the Victorian Government.
